I think one of the more stupid things about this bill is that people don't even get the full amount in their HSA at once. That $1k or $1500 gets split into 12 monthly payments and you HAVE to have a bronze or catastrophic plan you are paying for.

The 3 layers w/ construction paper would def. solve my problem of writing on the inside of some cards.
I definitely cheat and use a punch that does all the cutting. I'm able to at least see where the blank bits of paper on the inside are.
Maybe when I build up a new card stash I'll change it up.
