This is an interesting one, too. There's been talk of having the military take a larger role on responding to climate disaster; instead this calls for essentially a civil corps (led by youth) to serve that role

Was not expecting a funding boost for CBC/Radio-Canada in an austerity budget, and was really not expecting Eurovision to be a key part of that
