I think the NIL budget is probably in line with peers like Iowa/Illinois/Sparty/etc, the obvious problem is when you need to buy a new QB(s) ever year plus all new DL, OL, DBs, WRs because you can't develop or recruit HS kids...well, all good questions for the very real GM they have
