It surprises me as well, and I have often wondered if she had not told me about it, would I have come across it in my own. Good luck. I hope they are understanding and empathetic. 💜

If you haven’t already, I would have them read about the spoon theory. That is how my best friend, who used to do ALL the things, with golden retriever energy, before she was diagnosed with MS, explained it to me as she began to change. TOTALLY helped me to have a better understanding.
