I'm thinking a lot about applying for grants from our local Arts board. I wonder who I have to run elbows with to convince them that games are art and worth supporting.

Kabuto Sumo by @beardedrogue.bsky.social has inspired in me a new desire to try my hand at a kinetic/dexterity game again. I can't believe I slept on it this long just because of the 2-4 player count. Mjolnir is so BIG and it's so fun to be big!

I do not really use TikTok but I have made an account to start posting videos of my party game and need to follow folks to build up an algorithm. #ttrpg folks, #boardgame folks, #larp folks, who do you follow on the TickyTackies?

Why was this made? And why was it brought to my RPG night?

Anyway it was a horrific texture for a very sweet flavor. I added salt and it was fine.

I've run a certain form of LARP.
Since I haven't actually studied LARP history or interacted with LARP players elsewhere in the world, I'm not sure if this format is unique to us.

SKATE STORY from @bysameng.com is an absolute work of art, and it also manages to be absolutely kickass and fun af. If you haven't seen this game, you are missing out on something special.

Making logos for espionage agencies in Plant The Evidence and I love this one. Need to come up with a name for this agency that isn't just M.A.R.T.I.N.I. and am looking for suggestions. Or maybe I should figure out what the letters stand for.

The Bomb Cyclone winter storm took out our power, so we played The Fuzzies in the candlelight last night. Low light like this was a great insight into colorblind friendly game design, because we could not tell the difference between yellow and pink on the cards or fuzzies.

Well, Bomb Cyclone caused a power outage during dinner so it's a cozy night in darkness now. Fortunately I have a bunch of candles from Werewolf in the Dark

It's October, so it's time for folks to break out the #spooky games & #horror #ttrpgs. If you haven't yet, give The Last Hand a shot for a poker-driven take on the Play-To-Lose horror experience. You have to cooperate to play, but only the winning hand survives:
