Sounds to me like Porsche has issues with the ACO — and I don’t think I can blame them for having them too!
If Goodwin’s account is accurate (I have no reason to believe it’s not) then Penske/Proton’s bid got killed by Porsche, who wants the ACO to drop dead over any number of things including LM25
