I help healthcare avoid assumptions by supporting public participation in quality improvement. Dad to two toddlers, big fan of (🥜🧈)+🍌 sandwiches and Astro Boy.
30 minutes of patience to remind yourself clouds are temporary, and although thousands have snapped the same photo, this is yours. You did it!

Can we talk about how wholesome your photo is? Strong hallmark holiday special vibes, in the best way.

That is peak fun!

Probably the typical portfolio of work mixed with history of Psychiatry, patient and caregiver engagement, health improvement stuff.

People should be able to make informed decisions about their health.

As long as it doesn't require reading the actual research related to their condition.

Congratulations Montreal on developing modern transit infrastructure.

I forgot how much I take for granted Vancouver's SkyTrain, especially Canada Line to the airport.

I'm the foolish one. Thanks for clarifying your use of the word. You're absolutely right.

It's hard to know when people are using the literal definition vs "social grey meaning."

I hope the person was speaking figuratively yesterday. Either way, it still hurts.

Sorry, I understand that on the internet we use more intense language to make a point.

Someone close to me told me to go die, twice, yesterday and perhaps I'm being overly sensitive to language today.

I'm going to get off social and play Minecraft.

Describing them as fools may be unkind. possibly life circumstances or other health conditions make it difficult.

You raise a good point though. Probably true for counselling too. The session is often a lesson, the work/healing happens everywhere else.

That sounds tough. Though, I bet they appreciate their teaching lives on in this new motivation to do your exercises.

It must have been a stellar therapeutic relationship if it led to you actually doing your exercises outside of your sessions.

Is the need for courage because you aren't wearing pants?

A missed opportunity to launch Half Life 4, then he could have launched two superyachts.

Frustratingly, history repeats - often in the worst ways it seems when it comes to how we care for those with mental illnesses in Canada.

The history of psychiatric care pre-Canada to present is a journey of good intentions, surge to overcapacity, under funding, flip flop institutions/community.

What?

Sigh. Well. I'm sure it's rage bait on purpose.

This is so far out of my circle of control, I don't care. 😌

💯 People can have interests, hobbies and passions while also seeking to make the world a better place.

In my experience the "car guy" gets defensive towards the "no car guy." As usual, the extreme view points clash.

I enjoy driving. I also enjoy well planned communities.
