🦋 One thing: I'm used to making very extensive apps, which you can probably tell. With every technology, I always have to adapt. Typescript has forced a few to get the job done. There is no such thing as one approach for all tech. Gotta bend sometimes.

By groups, I really mean "chooser". A chooser is the horizontal row of icons. "Groups" in Mutton are actually the named sections you can expand downwards.

At the gym thinking about this. The challenge is that there are more than one groups open at once. I'm thinking of combining them into a nested group, like tabs within tabs. This is probably why most tools use a big toolbar.

Thank you for the feedback! Layers are definitely a thing I've been considering for the next stage as it becomes more of a content creation tool. I'll also try to think of a way to link the effects to the main canvas controls. Great idea!
