Reports that a family was detained by ICE while at a hospital for their 7-year-old child are very alarming. No parent or child should be subjected to this level of fear, especially in hospitals. so I watched this, and I watched a video of a security guard at a McDonald's somewhere in Minnesota standing up to ICE, and my biggest takeaway is that IF we get through this- and there's no guarantee we will but there's also no guarantee that we won't- it's gonna be the courage of everyday people
Everybody should watch this and see this woman, who has a baby in her arms and is thrust into basically a standoff, develop courage in real time.
