Well “Loyalists” sorta equals a good chunk of Canada… and I have taken Crown oaths and stuff… so sorta!

I’d also recommend volunteering. I’m on boards for smaller public radio stations on both sides of the border described by the St Lawrence River. Radio nerd. You meet people who don’t necessarily have many interests in common but you do have that one connection. Creates lots of new relationships.
