📢 BREAKING: The Dept. of Ed has halted both the October & March 2025 RIFs, according to a recent legal declaration.

The agency confirmed that all actions related to the RIFs have been paused while the court considers the scope of the preliminary injunction.

The mass layoffs at the Dept. of Education are leaving colleges in chaos. Grant programs are cut, aid approvals delayed, and compliance offices gutted. Students and staff are paying the price. Public service isn’t the problem; it’s the solution. / paywall
