If this is a cyber attack, then Al Sadr’s militias in Baghdad were way ahead of the curve in terms of cyber warfare with all those cell phone-triggered roadside IEDs in the mid-to-late 2000s.

Just cyber ops? Pretty sure half of DOD staffs in every domain and geographic theater of ops are spinning in an at-best net neutral circle of busy work that always results in a status slide that still somehow moves into the upper right for progress.
