In Mario Kart 8/Deluxe, the Dragon Driftway takes place on a giant dragon based on Gobblegut from Super Mario Galaxy 2. The full dragon is never seen in-game all at once. Here is the track model with everything but the dragon removed.

Rosalina (OLD VERSION) Debut: Super Mario Galaxy Attack: Black Hole Super Spike: Comet Crash Speed: 6/10 Power: 5/10 Pass: 5/10 Spike: 5/10 A maiden of the stars who was found by a group of star creatures known as Lumas. Rosalina became their mother and vowed to protect the universe. When Bowser steals the Power Stars that power her home, the Comet Observatory, she enlists the help of Mario. Since then, she's visited the Mushroom Kingdom quite often, and though she may seem cold and stoic at first, she's learned to loosen up over the years. On the field, she's accompanied by a cream-colored Luma - the first one she ever met! Together, they can open a Black Hole that sucks in opponents and spits them out. And for their Super Spike, they call upon the observatory to fly and smash into the ball like a comet! Rosalina (NEW VERSION) Debut: Super Mario Galaxy Attack: Black Hole Super Spike: Comet Crash Speed: 6/10 Power: 5/10 Pass: 5/10 Spike: 5/10 A maiden of the stars who was found by a group of star creatures known as Lumas during a time of serious mourning. The Lumas helped her heal from her mother passing away, and Rosalina would go on to become their mother, vowing to protect them and the universe at large forever. Despite the cosmic power she seems to possess descending to the Spikers League, her stats are quite modestly balanced. Her new wand allows her to create a black hole that drags foes in and keeps them in place for a short time. She can set it near her or set it on the other side of the court. Comet Crash has her call upon the Comet Observatory to fly into the ball at the speed of light, resulting in a spike of cosmic proportions!
