Today marks a big step forward for people connected to a heat network. These new regulations give those who heat their home via a heat network, similar protections to those with a boiler, something @citizensadvice.bsky.social has called for since 2017⤵️

Half a million heat network customers to receive Ofgem protection from this week
New rules will bring heat network customers in England, Scotland and Wales more closely in line with those on traditional gas and electricity.
