Alright, silly names aside, The Adventures of Elliot scratches the Ys/Zelda/Hyper Light Drifter part of my brain.
Lots to explore and some fun, simple systems that complement the combat — like a counter that tracks every enemy you kill but resets upon taking damage. Smart!

Went snowboarding for the first time in 12+ years(?) in Hokkaido at Kiroro Snow World resort.
In many ways it felt like coming to terms with getting older while simultaneously tapping into a passion that had laid dormant for a long time.
