Joe Biden’s failure was like 60/40 this and doing a genocide. I include refusing to prosecute Trump et al as part of that, since he knew where the backlash would come from even if he thought it was the better option.
One of the major reasons we are here right now is that the white electorate does not reward politicians for making their lives better if that improvement also benefits non-white people.
