⚡️ When motivation is low, I do 3 things that still move the product:
- 10mins of “support sprint” - (fix one papercut),
- 15mins of “signal sprint” - (talk to 1 user),
- 5mins of “decision sprint” - (kill/keep one idea).

The lesson: Study before you leap.

I should have:
✅ Read guidelines first
✅ Explored gradually
✅ Started with 1-2 replies/day
✅ Spaced replies hours apart

Instead I:
❌ Explored everything immediately
❌ Replied to 4 posts in 10 min
❌ Looked like a bot twice

Oops. 😂
