On a request by the Ukrainian ministry of Defense unregistered Starlink terminals won’t be able to operate when traveling faster than 75 km/h inside Ukrainian territory. Ukrainian forces can unlock the limit by having it registered.
There are already Russian sources complaining about this limit.

I was chatting with a French man who was delighted when I said “allez l’OM” and I had him saying haway the lads.

I started to feel the symptoms of a cold last Friday. Looking at my #HRV data from my Garmin watch, it seems that my body started to fight it a week earlier, judging by my HRV edging lower out of the usual range.
