Children are playing hide and seek in the Starbucks I'm sitting in right now. A small one (5-ish) was doing the counting right next to my table and did the "six-seven" hand gestures with her eyes closed while counting. I can't stop laughing.

Our team is playing in Game 7 of the World Series. At home. We’d have taken this opportunity every single year for the past 32 years without even thinking about it. This team has come back from every single gut punch in a way we’ve never seen. What’s one more? LFG Blue Jays.

I typically don’t love replay in sports. It slows the game down and I like the human aspect of having real people call games. But if these are the best of the best in baseball, we need technology. Consistent bad calls going both ways.
