Okay, it looks like the QRZ band colors meet accessiblity guidelines for contrast, so I'm going to use those. It satisfies my desire to use a familiar touch point for users, and things will be much more readable!

Current colors were taken from Hamclock to give users a familiar touch point, but I'm going to have to adjust them, I think.

I really have no idea how these will affect my server load, so I'm going to keep a very close eye on it. I have also limited folks to 20 DXCC "subscriptions" for now, but if things go well, I'll probably raise the limit.
