Wisconsin is great because you can clean your gutters in a pair of pants you also wear the same night to a Grammy award-winning jazz artist and people will ask unironically why you look so fancy.

Cyber warfare is reading the terms and conditions before clicking "create account"
Looking forward to meeting Lukashev in person and asking, "I bet you wish you'd click 'make account private' on Bitly, huh?"

I think it is much more illuminating to see the other people in these emails and how they respond than Epstein and how he saw himself.

Like stories about secretive power and access should be taken with the most massive grain of salt.
Let me be the first to say, as the Active Measures, LLC, that I believe Epstein *may not* be a credible source of information about things Epstein does, including with Russia.

But, we haven't gotten Bleemer and Gorpman in ages, and we deserve a little (as a treat).
NEW: Jeffrey Epstein said in emails that he had been advising the Russian government on how to deal with Donald Trump, one of several cases in which he wielded his connections to try to influence the course of foreign affairs. w @nahaltoosi

While you are there, ask @activemeasures.bsky.social what it is like to be doomed to live in 2016 for eternity...
Excited to have Michael E. van Landingham as a speaker this year! He specializes in political analysis of Russian leadership and their intelligence services.

His talk with Alex Orleans, is titled "'Oil into the Fire:' An Inside Look at SVR Cyberespionage".

Christo should stop listening to the Russian hackers he pays to get selectors from Russian telcos (and also probably Välisluureamet), because the SVR* and GRU absolutely hacked the DNC.

*come to @cyberwarcon.bsky.social on 19 Nov to hear more!
Famed Russian spy hunter Christo Grozev claimed on this podcast four months ago that North Korea hacked the Democratic National Committee in 2016 and passed the info to Russia, which in exchange divulged access to Bangladesh Bank. 🤔 #infosec Passage at 13m 31s:

Have you ever wanted to see two terminally online nerds really (and I mean *really*) get into the SVR deep lore while continuing the eternal goal of making 2016 last forever?

Gosh does @cyberwarcon.bsky.social have a talk for you!

Damn, if only there was a language for which "add oil to the fire" was actually idiomatic.

Oh well, guess we'll never know how that phrase ended up in an English email in possession of the Russian special services, who would never fabricate things because they're Good Boys.
