Ruby is a Very Normal Dog

We're almost through mid-term season and ChatGPT is still seeing a steady decline in downloads, number of sessions, and overall usage that began in July? Lol. Lmao even.

As TechCrunch reports, third-party app intelligence firm Apptopia found that ChatGPT’s mobile app usage appears to have stopped around the beginning of September — and has actually started to decline since then. Despite only being two-thirds into October, Apptopia warns that ChatGPT global downloads are down over eight percent month-over-month. Even more ominously for OpenAI, data shows that ChatGPT users in the US are spending less and less time with the app, with average time spent per daily active user dropping 22.5 percent since July. Apptopia suggests that it’s not simply a matter of people becoming more efficient with their ChatGPT prompts, since both average time spent and the average number of sessions are declining.

I'm not sure how to fully capture just how pathetic this dog looks. Ruby, a two year old bulldog labrador mix, is sitting on a kitchen chair, staring directly into the camera. She doesn't technically have eyebrows, but it kind of looks like if she did, they'd be scrunched up like she were about to cry. Her face is so wrinkly because she's part bulldog, and her jowls make it look like she's frowning. She looks not only deeply offended but also kind of disappointed in me.
