Genuinely love how the TROS extended novelization doesn’t whitewash or ignore Unkar Plutt. Even though he’s the past, Rey wouldn’t be Rey without years of Plutt’s daily threats and gross negligence. That doesn’t make her weak. It makes her a character with a foundation that’s well-written

Well i just finished The Acolyte, which im now sad was cancelled after one season, and i actually enjoyed it more than i thought i would. I loved The Stranger and he was probably my favorite Sith since Darth Maul. I loved his tactics, his detachable light saber, and his gauntlets and helmets that can temporarily make other sabers malfunction. He was also absolutely brutal and was chopping down Jedis left and right. However, to me Sol was one of the most incompetent Jedi ive ever seen and was a bit of a dope. I also loved the squirrel character and laughed whenever he showed up sniffing around. So did anyone else really enjoy the show or is there something wrong with me? 🫠”

I should write a thread sometimes soon on the New Mandalorian murals & their relation to art like Picasso’s Guernica. That thing chuffs and vexes me in equal measures.
