More foraging adventures - the white oak near me was masting, so I picked some acorns and made acorn jelly.

It's interesting that Nyaan is Thai because Thailand is the only country in Southeast Asia that never got colonized. Earth's colonial history has long been a theme in Gundam - Tomino often uses settings that were ex-colonies such as Ireland, Dakar, and Hong Kong.

In GQuux, Machu's lamentation of the fake gravity in Side 6 concludes with her jumping into a swimming pool and noting the lack of a real ocean. How can humanity evolve if it refuses to acknowledge the atrocities of its own creation? I think that'll be something to pay attention to in the future.
