My all-time favourite soup - especially on bitterly cold, yet bright, sunny days - is Tom Yum at Sapporo Teppanyaki in Liverpool.

While this soup in its original form is mixed seafood and noodles, I tend to have it with salmon only.

@nigella.bsky.social I visited "Chez Abir" this evening. As expected, the food was sensational as was the service from Rabih & Abir.

As a *thank you* for this recommendation, but also for "Akub", "Supawan Thai" & "The Dusty Knuckle", I left a little something for you at "Chez Abir" to collect.

Your photo reminds me of the incredible Palestinian restaurant you recommended on your Instagram ("Akub" in Notting Hill).

I visited last September, and the food there was phenomenal. It was totally unlike any other cuisine from the Levant.

This one's for you, Jay.

Saint Auger has to be my all-time favourite.

It's so creamy yet mildly salty.

This is a slight adaption of my #seafood #curry where, on this occasion, I used #Hake as opposed to #Salmon.

#Vegans can use marinated #tofu as an alternative.

Serve with #basmati #rice.

Although I grew up in Liverpool, I only liked the earlier Beatles music; "Do You Want to Know a Secret" being my favourite.

~20 years ago, I bought bike & the first thing I did was visit where John, Paul & Ringo lived during their time in the band. The red brick house was where George was born.

It's the 28th February, which can only mean that it's #GlobalScouseDay!

...and here's @nigella.bsky.social's #Lobscouse recipe.

I first tried (and fell in love with) #Fajitas when I lived in #Casper, #Wyoming, back in 1998.

Rather than traditional #TexMex seasoning, I chose to introduce #Cajun / #Louisiana spices for that extra intensity.

Apologies. I was stating the obvious.

This is what I sent a little while ago.

Contrary to what others advised, once you get back control of your account, instead of leaving for good, you could simply suspend your own account.

If Musk is forced to sell, then it could return to the 'old Twitter'.

Prepare to immerse yourself in authentic #Bengali cuisine.

"Dhum" is a process known as steaming.

"Kosha" is a slow cooking method over a low flame.

The result is the #lamb ends up incredibly tender.

One of my absolute favourite #pasta dishes is my #Bengali #bolognese.

I still recall how my late-father reacted when he tasted the dish so I hope your reaction is the same.

I tend to only buy #salmon, #hake, #haddock etc., intermittently these days, where a decade ago it was my primary source of protein.

This dish was inspired by how my mother used to cook #seafood, but with my own twist.

Rather than roasting one large 2 to 3kg #chicken, why not use the same weight of wings?

The increased surface area allows each wing to be smothered in spices and eliminates the need to baste.

My #marinara has it all - #calamari, #prawns, #mussels, smoked #haddock, #cod, #salmon and is incredibly creamy - without the use of cream!

For this dish, I strongly recommend using egg #pasta as opposed to durum wheat.

Who doesn't love a #chicken #curry?

This dish is rich in spice yet isn't overbearing with heat.

The art of #bhuna is to deglaze sufficiently not to burn the spices, but not water down the intensity of the sauce.

One of my go-to dishes that I've been making for +35 years, (and takes a mere 40 minutes from prep work to table), is my take on #AlArrabbiata.

I made sure to take a note of this version and upload the recipe to Nigella (Lawson)'s website, as it was perfect!

@nigella.bsky.social Hi Nigella. I informed Adam at Nigella.com that your Twiiter account was hacked.

This evening, he said it's been sorted, but I then received these posts within 30 minutes.

I recommend you change your password & set up two factor authentication.

Wishing you a good weekend. Ab
