It’s #motogp again! This round is the Catalan GP, so it’s Cava time!

Starts with hot of high acidity to begin with, has some mouthfeel of full bodied white,, but finishes a touch lacking

Same winery as prior, this a 2020 Pinot Blanc.
A bit past its prime but not be discounted. Hints of Flint & Gasoline with sharp pear on the nose.
Starts with hot of high acidity to begin with, has some mouthfeel of full bodied white,, but finishes a touch lacking

Lighter drinking style enables quick consumption , little fizz but a whiff of funk from 2 days on skins & produced using an ancient technique with modern equipment . Slight touch of orange in the background..
