Today has been a lot. My emotions are very heightened.
I’m glad people in this country are still coming together despite the overwhelming hatred “disguised” as patriotism from our “leadership”.

I can’t believe it’s been 6 years since I moved to Chicago. It’s been nothing shy of a beautiful disaster. I’ve made a lot of mistakes and fallen down one too many times but the sense of self and tenacity this city has given me, I will always stand back up. I love you, Chicago.

I can’t believe it’s been 6 years since I moved to Chicago. It’s been nothing shy of a beautiful disaster. I’ve made a lot of mistakes and fallen down one too many times but the sense of self and tenacity this city has given me, I will always stand back up. I love you, Chicago.
