Una tragedias de la gestión es que cuando previenes una catástrofe y la gente no se entera nadie le da valor.
Pero cuando ocurre una catástrofe y sale uno a salvar a los ciudadanos todos le alaban como buen gestor.

And if you fail in any of that 3 things, your boss will fire you without compensation for low productivity. So, produce the minimum you keep your job and pass more time with your loved ones. Remember you are a mercenary, you work for money.
