BREAKING: We just filed an amicus brief challenging a new Arkansas law that would require all people to verify their ages with a photo ID or biometric data in order to use social media.

This law threatens our rights to free speech and privacy.

The Senate votes tomorrow on giving ICE a blank check to continue its abusive and unconstitutional actions.

ICE already has massive funding — and a long record of abuse. No more taxpayer dollars for cruelty.

Tell your Senator: Vote NO. Protect our communities.

The message is clear: incarcerated people still have constitutional rights.
