If you're in the UK, Rabbit Trap hits theaters this Friday, January 30. Recommended if you're interested in folk horror, the fae, hauntology, and things of that nature. A totally trippy time, starring Dev Patel and Rosy McEwen. Here's the trailer:

Today at school dismissal, I followed a suspicious pickup around for a bit, keeping an eye on them, trying to figure out if they were ICE. Then I realized they were keeping an eye on me also. Then I realized they were, in fact, other parents. Life in Minnesota, January 2026.

I’m sorry, but this is not just a political scandal. Time to refocus on the horrific mistreatment of women and girls, and the role of these ghouls, says Guardian columnist Marina Hyde

“I don’t see what a carrier strike group could do in a war with Iran”

Maybe… just never discuss battlefield tactics again.

This is the dumbest shit I’ve ever read, and I frequently read things Trump writes.

We’ve sent a metric shit ton of hardware to the Middle East in the last 48 hrs.

The most significant force posture changes aside from the carrier strike group:

- more Growlers (electronic warfare platform)
- Combat Search and Rescue aircraft
- multiple C-17 transport aircraft

I’m skeptical of this.

If Trump really didn’t want to do it, he wouldn’t be sending hundreds of millions of dollars in hardware to the Middle East.

This is either misdirection from a US official, or the dumbest and most expensive bluff in history.

Remember Hodges is from the same line of "journalists" who would have called you a conspiracist for saying this as recently as last year.

Anyone remotely plugged in has understood the Russian connection for **at least** the last 5 years. Lots of us for the last decade.

Defamation not an excuse.

If Congress doesn’t act, the last nuclear arms control treaty between the U.S. and Russia will expire. It would pointlessly wipe out decades of diplomacy, and could spark another arms race that makes the world less safe. This piece is worth the read.
