it bears repeating over and over again that dr. upton did literally nothing except get changed in the changing room and assiduously mind her own business. what happened to her could happen to any trans woman who leaves her house
It is horrific what Dr Upton endured. My fear is that with their almost infinite funds they will continue to drag entirely innocent trans women through the courts and media until either we have another huge tragedy or until they get what they want.

I have to discount every talking point about "woo" and reaction (which is a real thing) because no one's provided a good definition of woo that isn't an endorsement of the machine-civilization which is itself reactionary and preying on the life of the planet

It feels like, to me, that the piratical seizure of an oil tanker should be a bigger deal than it is. Like maybe the unrestrained power of this flailing power should have some restraints, like in world opinion. That's how it should be
