Went to Aberdeen Comic-Con yesterday with friends, and was so excited to see Mara Wilson, she signed my TATMR DVD! :)
We had this sweet conversation about the film, she recognised my Sooty puppet and she told me she was very heart broke to hear of Britt’s passing this year.

Only just heard about this myself. I really enjoyed his version of Steele - sounded like he had good fun voicing the character. Definitely one of the best casting choices the team made back in 2008 and he'll be a hard act to follow. RIP.
I am very saddened to hear about the death of David Carling, the voice of Station Officer Steele, Chief Fire Officer Boyce, Trevor Evans, Mike Flood and Tom Thomas in the CGI series of Fireman Sam. I believe he was 42 years old since he was born in 1982. 😔

Might consider the idea of making a DVD variant and maybe figure out how to make this an actual VHS tape.
