An email from Very Ok Vinyl about Jamie Paige's Constant Companions Deluxe Edition vinyl release. It read: "Hello there, First off, thank you for supporting Jamie and our release of Constant Companions Deluxe Edition on vinyl. Your support on this album means the world to both of us, and we cannot thank you enough! We got the test presses in, and everything sounds great! However, there is a track error on one sides of the record. We’re going to take the time to get this right, as it’s such a monumental release for Jamie and us, so we’re fixing up that issue. Once it’s all approved, there shouldn’t be much of a wait to get the finished copies to you. We’re hoping to ship these in January. Any further ETA updates will be on the product page. In addition, we’re making a small change to the vinyl colour. The record will now be a dark transparent black, with the same splatters as advertised. Arguably, this will make the record even cooler than our first vision. 😎 Thank you for your support, and we look forward to seeing all your pictures on social media! Scott"

I find it interesting how Nintendo very clearly doesn’t test their apps on smaller phones, lol (I have a 2nd gen iPhone SE)

I beat Switch 2 Welcome Tour last night. All-in-all, it's a pretty good game! I will ABSOLUTELY be revisiting it time and time again. However, I did wanna point out how, in these two lone instances, the game is just Straight Up Incorrect. The Gamecube had an OS, and the magnets are in the console.
A screenshot of one of the insight summaries from Nintendo Switch 2 Welcome Tour claiming that "Operating systems have been installed in Nintendo game consoles since the Wii." Which again, is just plain false. The Gamecube had an operating system. (Not to mention how there's absolutely an argument to be made about the N64DD and/or the Famicom Disk System having OS's) A page from one of the many insights panels in Nintendo Switch 2 Welcome Tour. It claims that "The controllers contain magnets, so you can simply hold them up to the sides and they'll attach themselves." This is wrong, as the magnets are found in the console/grip/wheel. The controllers themselves simply have steel SL/SR buttons that connect to those magnets. What makes this error even more odd than the previous one is that Switch 2 Welcome Tour CORRECTLY states this idea DOZENS of times throughout it, and only messes it up one time, right here.

Why do Switch and Switch 2 game cases have the little hooks for a manual when they… y’know… never come with a manual anymore??

It's really funny to me how Windows STILL shows you how many bytes a file or folder is. Do I really need to know that my secondary drive has 140.75 billion bytes left on it??
