Me & many of my colleagues are opposed to fast tracking use of artificial intelligence for many reasons &the profession should discuss it more--librarians have been discussing AI for many years before the current obsession. We have administrators who are all in because they want AI to replace us.

All that to say, processed food is processed food and if you're vegan using vegan butter and cheese, 😬.

I've previously used chickpea pasta and it's good. I am really shocked that most if not all vegan butter contains coconut, palm, and soybean oil or some combination of those oils w/flaxseed oil. Also, oat milk vegan cheese?! 🤢
