When DVDs came in cool if somewhat fragile cardboard cases. You see quite a few of these early edition releases on the shelves of CEX, mostly of this and The Matrix.

Batman was the first DVD movie I ever bought, picked up alongside a PlayStation 2 in 2001 - my first DVD player.
