The US products boycott is certainly NOT dying in our family…
In primary school we were taught to stand up TOGETHER against a bully picking on one child in the playground. I guess Air Force One has different rules. Shame on every other journalist present.
Why did not a single male reporter who were standing next to the president and the female reporter he called "piggy" say a word to the president about this and call him out then and there? Those who keep quiet in these moments are part of the problem.

Our Prime Minister has class. He got booed by some football fans who don’t approve of his leadership, yet let it go and rise above. THIS is the behaviour I aporeciate in any leader in any country. Marc Carney, TY🏆

Canada is far from perfect and our history towards our own citizens is deplorable. We learn though, we work to improve, and recognizing these brave men is a step in the correct direction. The real shame is its 2025 and I am a veteran but had no idea the contribution Japanese Canadians made to WWI.
During the Second World War, Canada labelled all Japanese Canadians INCLUDING VETERANS “enemy aliens” & forced thousands in B.C. into internment camps, seized their property & sold their belongings.
