but Nintendo spoilered me with an e-mail... how sad...

why they wrote tips directory on the e-mail?
it is excitement to resolve mysteries and clear specification out by own!

I'm not well listening.
I can understand talk but not listen all words.

パルテノ美味しいですよね。
ギリシャヨーグルト(グリークヨーグルト)は手軽に自作できますよ。
①深めの受け皿→ザル→キッチンペーパーと重ねる。
②①に市販のヨーグルトをプッチンする。
③②を冷蔵庫で数時間以上寝かす。

私は無加糖のプレーンヨーグルト400gを寝る前に仕込んで朝や昼に食べてました。水分を飛ばしたいのでラップは掛けてなかったと思います。
