Ahoyhoy-- I'm Ryan, a Winnipeg local game designer, writer, tester, and general creative so-and-so. I wrote for Skybound Games' Valour and Villany board game series, and have worked on several fringe shows! I mainly post about video games and birds, or my dog Bean!
it's wild how unplayable some n64 games and gamecube games are without the respective controllers. the assumption that you can slide your thumb from a to b, or that you are using the c buttons, and not a stick, etc.

unrelated it really is a bummer to see keighley evolve from a bit of an embarassing but harmless guy into what seems like a truly hollow business revenant. i mean, im sure it was always in there. but. you know

a weird (kind of isolating) thing about working as part of a middle-sized studio in a town that's kinda in the middle of nowhere is i don't really have a good sense how to engage with the rest of the industry
i'm very aware im quite sheltered, but also have zero idea what to do about it lol
