A vent post because I want to. The past few months have shifted my weight from more or less steady to a steady decline. I'd rather stay in the 190s but sometimes it's hard to keep up the pace.
And while I've had worries and concerns that are way more important than my weight it still sucks.

Stressful times are ticking up just slightly personally but hopefully it won't be anything like last month.

I tried fixing my sleep schedule today by talking to lots of friends. Across all my RPs today I ate 1,780 pounds of friends. I also donated a few hundred pounds to a dear friend. Hopefully that kind of social appetite continues.

After months of declining health my dog of the past 12 years passed away last night. She was such a good dog and I'll miss her greatly. I am relieved to know that she is at rest. I'll be taking at least a day to take time for myself.

In tiger news, lightning struck my house this morning. No fire thankfully but it seems to have killed the light fixture in my bathroom and, more importantly, the control panel for my oven.
