Rails friends: I’m looking for a document signing api that I can easily integrate with.

What do people recommend?

This is the first time in forever that I've actually been annoyed by having multiple other projects that I need to work on and really wish I only had the one.

Feels like it might be something.

First Google Nest, now Belkin Wemo being decommissioned.

Love needing to completely swap out half of my house’s switches and plugs by the end of the year.

What brand is the safest to switch to?

The good: I'm finally doing some marketing!

The bad: it's not for the product, I _should_ be doing it for!

Started sharing with a small group of people (<10). Encouraging response, but no actual signups yet. So largely just marketing site/concept feedback to help improve it.

If I had to take a guess, biggest hurdle is trust. Trust in the concept (why should I do this?) and trust in us (why you?).
Working on a new project that I’m really excited about. So close to starting to onboard the first couple of people. Going to save a lot of people a lot of money.

Little guy is finally big enough to be in the carrier.

Giving momma some rest while this little guy sleeps and I tackle some outstanding work needs.

A while back I feel like I saw a site creator that used a proven to convert landing page structure.

I can’t for the life of me remember either of them.

With all the shenanigans with social media and the dead internet and whatnot, I’m wondering if there’s a way for us to get back to something less dopamine drenched, while still keeping the social and connected parts.

I’m thinking personal websites meets aim away messages meets rss meets ???

So nice of the hospital to include a surprise bonus gift (just for me) of strep with the new baby.

I know I’m biased… but damn this kid is cute.

Wouldn’t be a GK birth without a little F1 while we wait:

Welp. Just in under the wire for all the outstanding tasks.

Fingers crossed that I can enjoy some family time and welcome this new baby into the world without worrying too much about work for a couple of days.

Narrator: there were more tasks.
Best of luck! There’s always one more task 😅

“raising kids that feel just as comfortable in the woods as they do in the city” - @dens.nyc

Love this so much. Stealing it and making it more of a priority.

Finally broke down and ordered a pair of AirPods. Tried my wife's yesterday and it was way nicer than I thought.

Have one more must complete task to finish before baby is scheduled to come.

I think I can do it. Been slowly chipping away at it (and the other tasks) throughout the last few weeks.

Ish is getting real!

Hey dads!

What’s something you wish you packed in your overnight hospital bag when you went in for new baby?

Doesn’t necessarily have to be something for yourself either.

Just canceled a client's subscription that had been running for 13 years.

I had been hosting a mini-site for them despite having moved their main site over to Shopify years ago.

Once I discovered they no longer needed the site, I wound down the server, and it no longer made sense to charge them.

Ended up just doing a notion doc and redirecting to it from a subdomain I setup.

Biggest complaint is that it doesn’t auto update for anyone on the page (they need to refresh to see changes), but I’m already in Notion everyday so easy for me to manage.
Friends, I’m looking for a good live blogging tool that’s easy to share.

Want to easily and quickly keep friends and family informed about an upcoming event w/ play-by-play.

Ability to add photos/media is bonus.

Any suggestions?
