Across the nation, Americans are exercising their First Amendment. In the Fox Cities, people showed up in force to stand against fascism.

This is what democracy looks like.

Honored to join The Women’s Community and Mao Khang’s family to unveil her bench, feeling the weight of her absence and the light of her legacy. May this place call us to rest, reflect, and recommit to protecting, uplifting, and believing survivors. We miss you, Mao.
Had an awesome time traveling WI visiting the bread & butter of our economy, small businesses. This week: Blue Moon Books & Antiques in Stevens Point. 70,000+ books! Stop by and support a local gem.
Shutdowns aren’t a game, they hurt people. Furloughed workers, delayed passports/vets/Social Security, stalled small‑biz loans, WIC at risk, local economies hit. Leaders must keep gov’t open. 🇺🇸

Almost Halloween! Stark and I are ready for a haunting time. He promised to stop chasing ghosts… but it’s just a boo-leash agreement. 👻
This #DeafAwarenessMonth, let’s build a Wisconsin where everyone feels included. Remembering Rep. Jonathan Brostoff’s 2019 bill supporting the Deaf community and interpreters, his advocacy still inspires. #DeafCulture #ASL #Accessibility #Inclusion #Wisconsin
Caught up with a mentee serving with the National Guard overseas. He shared a photo laughing with locals in the Middle East, proof that bridges are built one conversation at a time. Proud of him, and grateful for the community that welcomed him.
Had a great time yesterday afternoon with the Democratic Party of Wisconsin Administrative Committee. Energizing conversations, smart strategy, and a whole lot of Wisconsin initiatives.

Huge thanks to everyone who showed up, shared insights, and left with clear next steps.
Yesterday was special, I got to catch up with one of my mentees who just returned from his National Guard deployment overseas. We picked up right where we left off, and I couldn’t be prouder of the man and leader he’s become. Grateful for his service and so happy to have him back home. Welcome back!
This past Thursday, I had an incredible time at the local Marathon County Dems Strategic Planning session. The energy, ideas, and teamwork were inspiring. Huge thank you to Elizabeth McCrank for facilitating such a thoughtful, productive conversation!
