To build on this, I don't even like when spaces claim themselves to be safe. That's not up to you to decide.
i talked about this on stream recently. it really rubs me the wrong way when i see “safe space” and “no politics” in a streamers bio. you cannot be a safe space if you don’t discuss issues that are happening around the world that are likely impacting ppl in your community. silence speaks volumes!!
Avoiding politics doesn't make your space a "safe space". In fact it makes it the opposite.
If you don't ever speak up for people or about clear issues going on, many groups of people will be cautious of your space

I have so many projects I'd love to dig into, but my lack of time makes it all next to impossible. I wish my hobbies could pay for my life so I wouldn't have to waste my energy on a full-time job that does nothing for me creatively.
