I don't really want to posit any further on how many he's had, if any, but it's definitely... concerning to say the least, that he's had an MRI, on top of the fact he said it and seemed to not be able to stop the words from coming out as he was saying it. That seems to be occurring quite a bit.

Can't be entirely certain, but chronic venous insufficiency can cause or exacerbate ischemic strokes, and judging by his slurring speech, face drooping, and inconsistent gait, it's hard to see it as anything else. Honestly? If they're happening, the strokes are a side effect of a bigger issue.
