Started feeling more like myself halfway through this week, after a real low spot of just feeling lost and empty
I may have figured out what was destabilizing me, but we'll see. Either way there will still be bad days to come but right now Im just enjoying feeling enthusiasm again

Getting really tempting to start drinking caffiene again.. I think a big part of why I used to be so much more "functional" was my insane dependence on it
