If he'd actually managed to live up to his HOPE meme & helped improve people's lives more substantially, it's unlikely there'd have been room for Trump to come to power. Trump wasn't inevitable. He was a choice by Dems to not do what the people really needed, & as their leader, he needs to own that.

The same ICE agent who handcuffed Ald. Jessie Fuentes has been filmed in at least 3 other violent encounters, including the viral arrest of a woman in Waukegan in front of the mayor.

Autism $peaks is the largest and most popular Autism organization (among allistics), who continues to be 100% in support of ABA. They have lobbyists who push ABA as the “gold standard Autism treatment.” It utilizes same practices as “conversion therapy,” which is currently banned in 28 countries.

ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) is the “gold standard” of “treatment” for Autism, and was created by the person as “Conversion therapy” (see Lovaas) with similar techniques and goals. It’s torture that continues to have widespread support and acceptance.

I can’t help but think today about how many young people were savaged on social media, branded as anti-semites and abandoned by their schools for daring to call for a ceasefire. I remember saying that it was the first time I can remember that calling for ceasefire was regarded as a hostile demand.

Until this country accepts that providing & protecting human & civil rights are the first goal of government, we must tear it apart & rebuild it, piece by piece if necessary.
