In England with most people not being religious/evangelical. The street preachers are often out there but they draw in people who are struggling or often immigrants trying to find community. Depending on who I talk to, depends on my response. I am nice to the sheep, not the Shepard.

I will say one thing, I do not appreciate street preachers. I think such beliefs and philosophies should be personal. Plus the street preachers often by nature are pretty extreme, they aren't there to help anyone.

Sorry to hear that, can't have been easy to go through. The abuse is one thing but I struggle to understand how society then looks away but they do. Then they act horrified when they hear the details when things are too late.

Yeah I didn't think so but that's why you shouldn't go around accusing people of being liars. People have multiple social media accounts these days, you can't know when I've seen, know or have spoken to. I donated after the attacks on Suwayda months ago now.

I am pro-Palestine, aka I am against genocide and I extend that to other peoples. I know it's hard to believe because some people are convinced it's clearly because we are all just antisemetic 👍 No what is happening in Syria disgusts me as much as what's happening in Palestine. Sorry 👋

The idea that Israeli is generously defending these minorities is exaggerated and related to keeping the israeli Druze community satisfied. Others are getting no support. The idea that pro-Palestinian people would care is gaslighting as hell because they don't know what's happening.

Kurds once more too. Syria is a powder keg and western governments want to mend relations with Syria, there for they are not reporting in depth on much of what is happening in Syria or it's being portrayed as fighting the remnants of the Syrian regime as with the attacks on the coastal areas.
