Can confirm monthly tuition for PreK is more than my mortgage payment. Very much looking forward to keeping that $10-12k per year at Kindergarten.

I own all of Analogue's restomod consoles. They are truly the Singer of vintage gaming, and I was lucky to get an early taste of the company's eagerly anticipated remained Nintendo 64. Unfortunately for the Analogue 3D, it's the games that let the experience down.

I own all of Analogue's restomod consoles. They are truly the Singer of vintage gaming, and I was lucky to get an early taste of the company's eagerly anticipated remained Nintendo 64. Unfortunately for the Analogue 3D, it's the games that let the experience down.

We bought for $148k in 2014. My house (with no substantial upgrades) is now valued at $300k. When entry-level homes costing that much, it's not surprising people in their late 20s and early 30s are no longer buying houses. We certainly couldn't have afforded a $250k+ mortgage back then.
The price of a home in America has nearly doubled in the last 10 years.

If there's no benefit to rich white dudes, you can expect it'll be on the chopping block soon enough. Piece by piece, they're getting rid of public schools, and they're starting with the programs for kids who benefit from public schools the most.
