Doing nothing produces nothing.
You could be right on well wishers. But I think the authors of the book that studied change believe there needs to be 11.5 million who can show up do show up.
Locals here already raising $ for Thanksgiving dinners for SNAP recipients. Some folks inviting to share their dinners.
Families are already hanging by a thread, but the sad truth is it’s about to get a lot worse when SNAP benefits don’t go out in November.

It’s time to find our local food banks and help out with donations and volunteer hours if you are able.
That’s true! There were a bunch more honkers than one finger saluters.
One old guy did circle several times to school women on going home and behaving. He got a collective “bless your heart”.
3.5% of population stands up and there’s a sea change. It’s not that far from 7 million to 11.5 million.
Dem leaders are not leading the rallies. They’re following (when they have the courage to show up).
Tearing the back off the White House by the current tenant okay with Congress? Taking oligarchs’ money to build a ballroom, what could go wrong?
It’s heartbreaking to see how far we’ve fallen.
Thank you Anand for going
to the NYC NKR from this
NPR bag toting grandma.
Discount the efforts of 7 million people? Mika on @morningjoe-msnbc.bsky.social “Overwhelmingly peaceful”, “so called No Kings Rally”. No firsthand reporting. Let’s ask Johnson and Trump and Fox what they think.
1500 turned out in Paducah Kentucky
Johnson has a constituency of one-who can’t vote in Louisiana. That smarmy smile looks a serial killer’s get in my car, all will be fine.
Reminding myself that military has no choice about attending civilian leadership speeches.
But. These young men are being indoctrinated to believe as their bosses do. The damage will take years to repair. If it ever does.

Pedro Pascal
I sat in the car and wept on news a family of 11 killed by a tank shell because they were outside the yellow line-which the Israelis haven’t painted yet.
There is NO peace. It was all a joke to praise America's Pedophile!
If I ever get a protest check,
I’ll be sending it to the
millions of fed employees, SNAP families and those in dread of losing health care.
Could GOP do the same?
If the shutdown drags on to the holidays, families dependent on SNAP won’t have $ for Thanksgiving dinner.
As the Trump–Epstein shutdown drags on and tens of thousands of public servants lose their jobs, “ICE Barbie” Kristi Noem and her partner Corey Lewandowski treat themselves to matching $86 million Gulfstream jets—paid for with your tax dollars.

It was naively hopeful to think Ukraine would get Tomahawks from America. It was an attention getting ploy. It worked. Ukraine will be building its own weapons, cheaper, more efficient than Cold War era munitions.
Don’t whine when the market slips away from the superpowers.
This will be interesting to watch.
Popcorn a necessity.
Democratic leadership pointing out their windows- the public isn’t doing enough!
Public looking back-one finger pointing at us. Four pointing back.
The Market is a bunch of NYers who don’t remember that excesses led to the last crash.
Overwhelmingly White. Overwhelmingly Male. Overwhelmingly Privileged. Overwhelmingly Insulated. Overwhelmingly Prone to Panic.
And yet treated like Oracles

This is being reported on social media. Be aware, pay attention, take care of yourselves and your friends. Stick together. It’s probably nothing, they just want to intimidate us, but it’s ALWAYS wise to be prepared! 🙏
Hope Joe Manchin’s book has already wound up on remainder table at Books a Million.
Then on to recycling bin.
