It's about time Strange Days finally begins getting the retrospective love and respect it deserves. To me, it's the best pre-Matrix cyberpunk film other than Blade Runner and Robocop, and still better than most cyberpunk films made since.

This is very sad news. I met Rob through the old bird site and he was always so excited to talk games and check out new work. He even helped introduce me to a good friend and collaborator when she moved to Atlanta.

My hot take is that none of these are structure. These are all recipes that describe structure.

Structure is the Salt, Fat, Acid Heat of writing.

3-Act/Hero's Journey etc are recipes.

You can make great meals without using a recipe if you understand the principles of structure.

My wife has been using a wheelchair (foot surgery) for a few days now and it's given us a new understanding of how much our society is letting down disabled people. First thing, every door should be at least two inches wider so you don't pinch your fingers on the frame while rolling through.
