We have had ICE smashing windows, burglarizing businesses to get inside premises, ramming cars and shooting people. It’s pretty bad right now.

The reason is to impede the filing of a habeas petition, which had to be brought in the jurisdiction where she’s currently located, not where she was kidnapped. So ICE moves people around to make it harder for families to free the kidnap victims.
